This email says it all!!!

"...  this community split into to many angry groups all fighting with each
other..... At the concert, people from all of these different groups came
together. And thanks to your music and inspirations, they danced
together .... I have not seen some of these people dance together for a
number of years. Everyone I talked to
said they felt a togetherness that
has not been felt here in years. You
all have a gift of bringing Shalom
to a community....
Every day I listen to the new CD many times. It is the
MOST powerful CD
you have, .... Bringing Rebbe Nachman's niggunim
along with your instrumental improvisations is very
soulful. At the same
time, the technical musical quality of your work
is like nothing I've ever
heard before. (Usually the powerful and
soulful "musicians" I have seen
are simply that - powerful and soulful.
I've never seen it combined with
the technical excellence, that I
usually only see in non-Jewish music.)
Then when I play the new CD, it
is almost like I have all of you right here
in my house when I play it -
I can hear/feel each one of you....

email between two fans they forwarded to us:

Shifra: "...  I live in LA, and they will be playing here tomorrow night.  They are
amazing, talented, entertaining and so spiritual and uplifting!"
Bettey: "They are a great musical trio.  They played at my synagogue last night
and it was wonderful.  The play, sing and tell Hasidic stories.  Some of us were
lucky enough to have them play for us in a private home in Tsfat last Nov. which
was magical.  This little note does not do the justice.  I would suggest buying
their 3 cds (or tapes) and listening to them.  If they play in your area, don't miss
them!!"

From a young fan:

From a very happy father of a Kallah!

Hi Yoni,
Thank you very much for a job well done everybody was please with Simply
Tsfat as was I especially at the Chossons Tish. Everybody had a great time and
people who I don't even know from the grooms side came up to me at the Sheva
Brachot and told me what a great time they had. From our perspective it was a
perfect wedding which you enhanced and even the Challah who has been to a lot of
these weddings said it was the best. Thanks again hopefully we will be calling
you in a few years for my sons wedding - Fred

Rabbi David M. Rosenberg, Executive Director
The Johanna and Herman H. Newberger Hillel Center at the University of Chicago

I would like to commend you and your partners in Simply Tsfat on your fine
performance at the University
of Chicago's student center (Reynolds Club)
on October 31. Your infectiously joyous music and heartfelt
stories provided
a meaningful Jewish connection to many students on a day in the American
calendar
when students generally don't feel especially Jewish. Your
performance also made a strong connection
between your audience and Israel,
which is especially important at present. Thanks for sharing your joy
and talents
with the Jewish community at the University of Chicago!

Rabbi Yisrael Silverman, Associate Principal for Jewish Studies
Moriah School of Englewood, NJ

I must expresss our appreciation for the excitement and enthusiasm that
you helped create for our first
through eighth graders here at the Moriah
School of Englewood on Rosh Chodesh Kislev. The children
responded
so well to your musical talent, your warmth and your Torah message.
At each of the three
assemblies I was amazed at the tremendous ruach
that filled the auditorium. Thank you for bringing
that breath of "fresh air"
from Tsfat Ir Ha Kodesh to the tinokot shel beit rabban at Yeshivat Moriah.

Rabbi Meir Fund, Flatbush Minyan, Flatbush, NY.

Simply Tsfat was the most exhilarating experience for both my own community
as well as the many
people who came to their concert. They bring a unique
blend of Chassidic intensity, sweetness and
non-judgmental welcome.
The quality of their musical performance is superb and they leave one and
all
hungry for more."

Rabbi Judah HaLevi Mischel
Director of Student Activities
Frisch School, NJ

Writing you this note over two weeks after your visit to Frisch we can still feel the
positive energy and excitement that your stunning performance generated.  Simply Tsfat
made this past Rosh Chodesh a memorable one, as your beautiful, heartfelt niggunim and
inspired songs filled our shul and reverberated throughout our halls. Rarely have we merited
being swept up in such a fervent and overpowering, pure and tangeable feeling of simcha
and hislahavus. Your unique style and distinctive sound was a breath of “Fresh Air”, which
was enjoyed by both both our diverse student body and faculty alike.   Your concert ‘set’
was a masterful blend of lively, leibedik music, touching stories, charming anecdotes and
soul-stirring melodies. Our only regret is that we didn’t schedule a third period for the dancing
to continue!  On behalf of the administration, faculty and students of The Frisch School, I
wanted to thankyou for sharing your music and stories with us- halevai it brought us all a little
bit closer…

Rabbi Menachem Katz
Aleph Institute

(305) 864-5553

I want to thank the entire crew of Simply Tzfat for three wonderful concerts you
performed on behalf
of the Aleph Institute free of charge at two Federal Prisons
and one State prison. You guys were just
amazing and the music was superb.
The mix of the two guitars and violin created the most beautiful
sound and your
voices were pretty good as well. The prisoners were overjoyed and will never
forget
the day you came. I enjoyed it just as much as them and the third time
was just as exciting as the first.
You were able to perform the mitzvah of Pidiyon
Shvuim by transporting the inmates to a far away place
for the hour that you
were playing for them. Your music speaks to the heart and touches the soul.
I think
every Jewish community should be given the opportunity to listen to
your music live. It will enhance their
love and excitement for G-d and Judaism.

Rabbi Ben Lanckton
University Hillel Rabbi

I am writing to thank you again for the fantastic performance you gave here at
Boston University Hillel
House on December 6th. It was a pleasure to watch
and listen and sing along with you. The students
who attended had a wonderful
time, getting up to dance several times during the performance. Your combination
of ethereal spirituality and vibrant musical power was a real hit with the audience.
We were
glad you were there to help us welcome Chanukah a little bit early this
year. If you will be in the Boston area again, please let us know. If I'm in Tsfat
anytime soon, I will let you know.
